Running times
6/6 - 13 laps 31:30 (pace 26:00)
6/7 - 7 laps 14:40 (pace 14:00)
6/9 - 7 laps 14:23 (pace 14:00, first mile in 8:50)
6/10 - 6 laps 14:40 (I was feeling miserable and stopped about there)
6/12 - 7 laps 14:15 (pace 14:00. First mile in 8:45)
Getting really, really close on that 7 lap time, which is really what I need (in fact, if I did the math I'm probably at a 9:00mile pace now for it, given the distance differences between different tracks). I can't decide whether to do distance or interval training tonight. Probably distance, just to give me a bit more wind for handling pace for 7 laps. For interval training, I've been doing some really fast lap times, but on pace night I can't keep the 2 minute/lap pace up for 7 laps.

Running times
6/4 - 13 laps 33:22 (pace 26:00). What the hell, I hope I'm not slowing down. 6/5 was an off night. The Rec is annoying, there's a cheerleader camp thing going on. Weight's down to 180-181 pretty consistently.

Running times
7 laps, 15:50 (14:00 pace). Interval training night, I ran 1:50 lap pace (8:15 mile) for 2 minutes, then walked for a minute. Started cramping towards the end, I think I'm just going to have to wait a solid 2-3 hours after eating before jogging.

Running times
5/29 - 13 laps, 31:35 (pace 26:00). Slightly slower than the 25th, I think because I wasn't doing interval, this was attempting to maintain the same pace (first 6 laps @ 2:15, then I started slowing down a lot)

Running times
5/28 - 7 laps, 15:40 (pace 14:00). Interval training, I started setting interval pace for 1:50 lap (8:15 mile). I don't really need that mile time, but it's easier to train to be a little faster than necessary.
5/27 would've normally been a bike cardio day, but I took a rest to let my legs recover a bit.
