I went ahead and got a Free World Dialup number, and hooked it up to an Asterisk VoIP PBX.
So far, these are the ways to contact me via the internet:

This is mostly for playing, right now. Eventually I'm going to see if it's feasible to provide voicemail and PBX features to Cepheid.
